1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Bazaroo ("Service"), provided by CFO International LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CFO International LLC. Please read them carefully before using Bazaroo.

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Bazaroo is a cloud-based inventory management platform designed to help businesses track, manage, and optimize their inventory operations. The Service includes:

• Inventory Tracking: Real-time monitoring of stock levels, locations, and movements
• Product Management: Catalog organization, SKU management, and product information storage
• Reporting & Analytics: Insights into inventory performance, trends, and forecasting
• Multi-location Support: Management of inventory across multiple warehouses or locations
• Integration Capabilities: Connections with third-party platforms and services
• User Collaboration: Team access with role-based permissions

The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use Bazaroo, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication when available. CFO International LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Pricing

Bazaroo is offered on a subscription basis at $20.00 per month per account. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.

4.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically each month unless cancelled.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all subscription fees and applicable taxes.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again and may suspend your access to the Service until payment is successfully processed. Accounts with outstanding balances for more than 30 days may be terminated.

4.5 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact us within 14 days of your initial subscription for a review of your refund request.

4.6 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription, except for taxes based on CFO International LLC's net income.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Bazaroo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Harvest, scrape, or collect information about other users without consent
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content

5.2 Content Standards

Any data, text, or materials you upload to Bazaroo ("User Content") must not:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violate the privacy or publicity rights of any person

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

Bazaroo, including its design, features, functionality, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by CFO International LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your active subscription. This license does not include:

• The right to modify, copy, or create derivative works
• The right to sublicense or transfer your access to others
• Any ownership rights in the Service or its underlying technology

6.2 Your Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all User Content you upload to Bazaroo. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us the right to use that Feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

7. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Bazaroo, you acknowledge and agree that:
