How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.
Can I import products from a spreadsheet?
Yes! Go to Products > Import and download our CSV template. Fill it out and upload to bulk import products.
How often does inventory sync with my channels?
Real-time sync is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Starter plans sync every 15 minutes.

How do I set up low stock alerts?
