Follow these steps to set up your inventory management system
Set your currency and business basics so money math, costs, and invoices are correct from day one.
Link your Shopify or Best Buy store so Bazaroo can sync your orders and inventory automatically. More channels are on the way.
Import from a connected channel or add products manually so we can track stock, cost, and profit for you.
Pull in orders and inventory so the dashboard stops reading as zero. Historical import is reporting-only: it does not create stock movements or cost layers, so margin stays empty until you receive and fulfill below.
Post a receipt (PO receive, manual receiving, or approved document intake) so on-hand quantity and unit cost exist. Without a posted receipt, there is no cost basis for profit.
Add freight, duty, or other landed-cost allocations on a receipt so unit cost includes the full land cost — not just the vendor invoice line. Skip if you have no separate freight.
Fulfill at least one order in Bazaroo so posted COGS is written. Channel history backfill never posts COGS — only in-app fulfillment allocation does. After that, open Reports → Margin by SKU to read COGS coverage (we do not auto-check that you looked).
Post marketplace settlements to QuickBooks automatically and keep your books reconciled. Optional — skip if you don’t use it.
