Efficiently move inventory between your warehouse locations.

Creating a Transfer

1. Navigate to Inventory > Transfers

2. Click New Transfer

3. Select source and destination warehouses

4. Add products and quantities

5. Submit for approval (if required)

Transfer Statuses

Draft: Not yet submitted

Pending: Awaiting approval

In Transit: Shipped, not received

Completed: Received and verified

Cancelled: Transfer cancelled

In-Transit Inventory

In-transit stock is tracked separately:

Deducted from source warehouse

Not yet added to destination

Visible in transit reports
