Connect QuickBooks Online
Authorize the company and select the accounting file used for exports.
Map accounts
Map sales, fees, refunds, tax, inventory, COGS, clearing, and payout accounts to the chart of accounts.
Review before export
Open the marketplace settlement journal, inspect its source totals and account mapping, then approve the journal for export.
Reconcile in QuickBooks
Use the export reference and payout-clearing balance to trace the entry during close. Bazaroo exports reviewed journal entries; it does not replace the QuickBooks general ledger.
